Niranjan Shah earned a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Mississippi in 1971. From there, he became chairman and CEO of Globetrotters Engineering Corporation in 1974. In 1991, Shah completed the Executive Education program from the Harvard Business School known as O.P.M. (Owner/Presidential Management Program). Throughout the last 3 decades, Shah has used his education and work experience to bridge the gap between politics and business. He has completed multiple big ticket projects in both the U.S. and India. His dedicated work ethic and commitment to public service has earned him a great deal of respect from a long list of high profile individuals. His service has been recognized by leaders such as former U.S. President Bill Clinton who has written personal letters of recommendation for him.
One of the greatest projects that Shah took leadership over was the facility/property management services at the International Terminal for the O’Hare International Airport in Chicago. This marked the first time a company managed a major civil aviation facility in the United States. O’Hare’s International Terminal has since received recognition as the Best International Aviation Facility in the World several times.
